I have been warned myself on one occassion.

Nonetheless, Deuce has put up with members who gave him a lot of grousing without banning them, so without knowing more about the situation, all I can assume is that you fell afoul of one of the board rules one too many times. Whatever Deuce's reasons, I know from experience it won't be personal.Taranaichhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02176999342965850175noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7177193073415704349.post-62604396622784992112012-10-12T19:42:04.261+01:002012-10-12T19:42:04.261+01:00Is that an actual shot of Kane's tattoo covere...Is that an actual shot of Kane's tattoo covered torso? I have trouble imagining any sixteenth century non-conformist covering himself in any sort of magical symbols let alone a Celtic (Catholic) cross.

I get the incessant desire for origin stories and all that nonsense but would it really have been that hard to do what you're doing here and make it at least match up the source material? I considered it a great sword & sorcery film but a poor REH adaptation. I think I'm about due for a re-watch. Let's see what I think after a second viewing. Charles R. Anyhow, I posted a couple of fanfics there before he banned me again...I called myself The Mirror Thief. I had written several Solomon Kane fics that I wanted to post but that dude just cant' stand me I guess. I did get a Steve harrison and a Cormac fitzgeoffrey up before I was banned again. Anyhow, Solomon Kane is my favorite and I really think that maybe the movie wasn't right. I think it has a wonderful cast and I think it looks very good in the sense that they got as much out of their budget as possible. That's about the extent of my praise for the film. Otherwise I thought it was a delirious, overblown mess, very much akin to the terrible Van Helsing even if the two movies are opposite in tone.Andyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14624614486574035692noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7177193073415704349.post-23645882969215513912012-10-10T12:53:27.535+01:002012-10-10T12:53:27.535+01:00The 1600 dating is so strange because the first dr...The 1600 dating is so strange because the first draft of the screenplay sets the date as 1575...which makes a lot more sense.
